Our new flag is well made, sturdy and with bright colors. Its replaces a flag that's about 10 years old, made from the same company. I expect our new flag will weather quite a few years of Arizona weather.
I did not like the packaging of my order. A tight plastic bag is not good. It would very easy to open it with a knife and damage the flags. the product did look good.
Excited to receive the NJ flags. They are “okay.” The background color is a bit off from what it should be and one of the flags was stapled on his little pole upside down. Not a big deal, but probably will look at another company before coming back.
The snap clips are of good quality, and no one can say there is not enough rubber coating. BUT, the brass grommets in the flag need to be bigger. As is, it takes extra work to install the clips and when finished, the border of the flag is jammed in the clip, and it just does not look right. What I have done in the past was to purchase a grommet kit, remove the smaller grommet, and install a larger one.
I purchased four flag stickers for the back of my car to protest against the policies of Trump (along with several other stickers). The flags represent Canada, Mexico, Palestine and Ukraine.
have bought 7 portable flagpoles. One was defective. Rather than a whole lot of hassle getting a new one, Helen, immediately shipped out a replacement pole with a pre-addressed return for me to send back. 10 stars for this company. And, by the way the poles work great even for us old codgers using them!!
I wanted a flag for a parade. Something lightweight and large was needed and this fit the bill. I especially appreciate that it didn’t cost an arm and a leg.
The base sleeeve I bought was a perfect fit for my flag pole.
