Much thicker fabric than flags I’ve had before

Here in the middle of NM east of the divide the wind gets rocket speed at times. The flag you sent me last year June 2023 lasted 7 months before I had to cut off 1 raggedy foot and resew. The flag was 5'x8' now 5'x7'. By the end of this past September again it was too raggedy to fly. So a brand crisp brand new one was required. It now flys handsomely above my shop along with G. Washington's, An Appeal to Heaven. It sure has nice bright colors. Now if you could invent a red color, stain, dye that does not fade when exposed to extreme sun that would be dandy.
As far as polyester vs cotton vs nylon, the synthetics win. Nylon takes less wind to fly, poly a little bit more. The top outside corner takes the most abuse, bottom outside corner next. The wind is the wind. Unless the corners are steel, maybe kevlar, reinforced I will be ordering another one in about a year and a quarter.
