Taiwan (Republic of China) Flag

The National Flag of the Republic of China is a well-known symbol of the Republic of China, which since 1949 has been based on the island of Taiwan. It is commonly referred to in Chinese as Blue Sky, White Sun, and a Wholly Red Earth to reflect its attributes. This design was first used in China by the Kuomintang (KMT) in 1917 and made the official flag of the ROC in 1928. Our international flags are accurately reproduced to exact specifications. The flag has 2 brass grommets on the left edge for hanging. The 4"x6" size is mounted to a staff with a spear top. Also available below is a Waterproof Vinyl Decal (suitable for outdoor use). Polyester flags are imported and not recommended for prolonged outdoor use. For outdoor use, we recommend our nylon flags. Also available below is an indoor/ceremonial version of the flag with a pole sleeve and gold fringe.
